Back in January 24, Big Hit Entertainment released an official announcement through BTS’ fan cafe that they would no longer accept fan gifts. Instead, only fan letters will be allowed to reach the boy group.
“After a long and thorough discussion with BTS members about the gifts that you send with sincere hearts, we decided not to receive any more gifts (delivery service & support) except letters… Only the gifts sent before 6 PM Friday, March 30 will be delivered to the artists. After March 30, only letters can be delivered to the artists…Fan events prepared to support BTS members at Korea and Global concerts and official fan meetings can proceed after approval as it was before.”
On March 30, Big Hit Entertainment has given specific instructions and photos on how fans could safely and successfully send their letters to BTS. The company has instructed that the letters must be placed in proper envelopes, have the correct mailing address, and have the sender’s name and address legibly written on the envelope.
Each fan letter must be sent to the mailing address:
If fans personally travel to Big Hit Entertainment to deliver the letters by hand, the fan mail will NOT be accepted.
Now that you’re all caught up, go ahead and sent your love to BTS!
